Waterfall Approach

Our process is flexible and was designed to complement and enrich the standard waterfall approach to the development lifecycle. We have an adaptable set of tools to plug in to your projects at any stage of development through to product release. Each phase dovetails with the next, utilizing a set of proven usability methods, tasks, and work products.

The activity diagram represents how standard user-centered design (UCD) phases (observe & analyze, envision & design, and evaluate & refine) and their associated activities fit within the standard waterfall development process. Personas and scenarios are depicted as two overarching activities which are iterated on anf referenced throughout the software development process and guide the entire approach.
