Waterfall Approach
In the traditional Waterfall
method of software development, the focus is on finalizing one phase before
continuing on to the next. While there might be multiple iterations within
that phase (ie, Design), the next phase is dependent on deliverables of the previous phase.
Our waterfall practice can be tailored to move in lock-step with your style of development, whether you're emphasis is in research, product, engineering or marketing - our focus is on a user centered design model that can be adjusted to meet your needs.
Agile Approach
Agile
, or
Extreme Programming (XP)software development processes undergo completing
multiple iterations of the entire lifecycle during the development of
a product.
The objective is to put a piece of the product in front of users as early and often as possible to receive feedback and incorporate that feedback into the next full iteration.

Limina has experience working within both models and has built methodology focusing on each one specifically. Each one of our service offerings can easily be tailored to meet the needs of your development process.
