Approach Overview

In the traditional waterfall method of software development, the focus is on finalizing one phase before continuing on to the next. While there might be multiple iterations within that phase (ie, Design), the next phase would be dependent on the deliverables and would therefore start subsequently.

Currently there is a newer model of software development which is being commonly adopted that is referred to as "Agile", or "Extreme Programming" whereby multiple iterations of the entire lifecycle are completed during the development of a product. The objective is to put a piece of the product in front of users as often as possible to receive feedback and incorporate that feedback into the next full iteration.

Limina has experience working within both models and has built methodology focusing on each one specifically. Each one of our service offerings can easily be tailored to meet the needs of your development process.
